Oct.27th, 9:15am – 10:00am | Yoga to Relax (Adult class)

Yoga for Adults combines stretching, breathing and beginning poses to build strength, flexibility and stress release.

 

Oct.27th, 11:15am – 12:00pm | Yoga for Kids (Ages 6-10)

Children will learn yoga poses, play yoga games to help focus, build relationships with others, and support their self-esteem in a non-competitive environment.
